Sunny was attempting to jump up on the small fence. It was only about a tail-length, but his large belly just wouldn't allow him to jump. He sat frowning at the large, flat surface at the top of this fence. He couldn't claw his way up becasue his claws had been cut off by the twolegs that fed him. He suddenly heard food being poured into his food dish and ran to go eat some. His bulging belly stuck out and he layed lazily on the small porch with the large roof that made the porch almost enclosed. He chewed slowly, enjoying every mouthful though a lot of food fell out of his mouth as he chewed. He purred contentedly and munched more large mouthfulls. The towleg that had poured the food scratched the back of Sunny's head and he purred harder. He had once seen a wild cat and wondered what it would be like, but that idea always went away when he thought of the delicious food already prepared in front of him. When he relized he wouldn't get this large mass of food right there, the thought always disappeared yet it never seemed to go away.
Finally, when all the food in the bowl was finished, Sunny decided he would go back and attempt to jump onto the fence. He'd only done it once, when he was a kit. The thought reminded him of foolish days when he had disobeyed the twolegs. Now, he always came when he was called and sit on their laps often. He enjoyed his life but it wouldn't be perfect until he couls jump onto this fence. he scrunched up his hind legs and jumped as high as he could. He made it a foot in the air but only went straight up. He landed with a thud hard on the ground. He began meowing rapidly and his twolegs came running to help. They always seemed to be there when he needed them. The younger one-- a young girl, picked him up and thrust him on the fence. She petted him lovingly and sunny purred contentedly.

[glow=red,2,300]Oliveclaw[/glow]
Let the river run red...
Oliveclaw padded out of the shadows of the Twoleg's territory. It was much bigger than all the clan/tribe cat's territory put together, though only his tribe would know that. The big ginger tom glared at the sun, angry rays of hate arose from his body. He hated the sun, it was too hot. this was because his Tribe spent most of their time hunting for lone cats to kill in the shadows, never showing themselves to the sun.. ever.
The tribe hunter started to trott toward a bush to find shade when he caught a scent of a lone cat. He smiled evilly and began to follow the scent. Soon he'd bring the cat back to his Tribe. They'd finally respect him and offer him double amounts of food. They would even give him the best sit in the camp to watch an apprentice kill the other cat. "Now.. I just need to bring him back first.." Oliveclaw said to himself, his voice sounding a little nervous. The tom knew he was one of the best fighters in Windclan moons before, but now since he was placed as a 'hunter' because of the color of his pelt Oliveclaw wasn't sure of himself. He didn't know if this cat was an ex clan cat and could fight like the whole of Starclan or if he/she was just a lazy kittypet as dumb as a dead fox.
"Hello there!" Oliveclaw called innocently as he approached a fence where he had scented the cat. Looking up, Oliveclaw sighed with relief as he realized the cat was just a fat lazy kittypet. Taking this cat back to camp would be the easiest thing in the world! The kittypet would probably think this was a party he was going too and the wildcats loved him. But the truth was, tribe cats never loved each other. Even mates secretly hated one another. They mated to survive and kill. They would do anything to taste fresh blood in their mouths from their enemies. Oliveclaw smiled sweetly and jumped up onto the fench, nodding at the twoleg gently though he felt his hair raising on the back of his neck.
"What's your name mr?" Oliveclaw said pretending he was a sweet younger kittypet. "My name is..." Oliveclaw thought and thought about a name. Think kittypet Oliveclaw.. no kittypet has the name of a clan cat... just think! "My name is... my name is Olive!" Oliveclaw blurted out suddenly. He was so impressed by his new 'name' that he forgot to act like a kittypet would. "Yea.. I'm Olive from.. across the street.. they just got a cat and I'm him!" He smiled stupidly like any kittypet would. It was so irronic though.. a tribe cat smiling when he wasn't killing something! It was painful and it hurt Oliveclaw's cheeks. "Anyway.. all the kitty-- I mean house cats are having a party over there--" Oliveclaw pointed with his tail at his Tribe's territory. "so.. I was wondering if you could come! Come on.. follow me!"
With that Oliveclaw ran toward the Tribe's territory not looking back.

Sunny looked suspiciously at the new cat. He usually wasn't one for suspicions but he hadn't heard anything about a new cat across the street. He also didn't like the peculiar smell of blood on this cat. Sunny was proud he'd made it onto the small fence even though he'd been lifted, and he didn't want to get down. The only problem was, Sunny couldn't put two and two together. He didn't think about the weird blood like scent or the fact that no cat lived across the street and the strange manners of this cat. He didn't it more than a quick thought before he decided he should go. He didn't have any friends except two-legs so he made up his mind of going with this strange cat named Olive. He knew he'd only be gone a minute or two-- just to check out the party. He hoped his two-legs wouldn't miss him for the brief time he was gone.
Sunny's fat, wobbly legs crouched down as he got ready to jump down from the fence. He fell like a dead weight straight to the ground and landed with a painful thud. His belly shuddered and legs gave out. He fell right on his nose. Sunny made a strangled meow as he slowly attempted to gave possession of standing once more. He'd already made up his mind.... He'd go. "Ummm.... So where's this party you were telling me about?" he tried to look at the other cat honestly, not like he was awaiting delicious food at the party. He also tried to make it look like he had never had the slightest trouble in the world of getting on the small fence. He smiled in an earnest looking way and half walked-- half crawled over to this other cat whom had so mysteriously and randomly invited him to this party.

[glow=red,2,300]Oliveclaw[/glow] Let the river run red....
Oliveclaw slowed to a halt as he waited for the fat cat to hurry off. The ginger tom wanted to laugh and mock this cat like he would do normally but he knew he must bring the kittypet willingly to his Tribe. "Mr..." Oliveclaw said smiling sweetly as the older cat reached him. "I still haven't heard your name! You know the kind cats that are hosting the party would like to know how you are. You never know if someone is a killer or a party pooper." Oliveclaw blinked his eyes trying to make himself have a blank expression. "No one likes havin' a killer at their party.. it just isn't good when someone dies.. you know?"
The big tom kept rambling on and on about parties he had been too and all the delious foods served. He was so busy talking, which he didn't usually do, that he didn't notice the two eyes staring at him and the scent of his territory beneath his paws. "And my favorite piece of fresh kill is.." Oliveclaw was stopped short when a figure leaped out and tackled him. The tom yowled and pushed the scoffing she-cat off of him. "for a hunter you have a bad sense of smell!" A light brown she-cat mewed sweetly as she stood up and flicked moss off her head. "Shut up Mousefoot!" Oliveclaw fumed. He looked at his tribemate with hate and pushed the kittypet to move on quickly. "Ignore that beast.." He rumbled. But the older brown she-cat ignored his comment and pushed infront of Oliveclaw and smiled at the kittypet. "Where are you guys off to?" She asked pleasantly, not looking at Oliveclaw. " "We're off to the PARTY.." Oliveclaw growled and winked at her. There will be killing tonight! He though to himself. Why does she always try to stop it?! Instead of expressing his feelings out loud, Oliveclaw pushed Mousefoot aside and kept walking. "come on Mr. If we don't get going we're going to be late for the party!" But there Mousefoot was again standing in his way. "But the PARTY is almost over.. I'm sure Mr. would love to be taught to hunt!" Mousefoot said and glared at the big tom. Oliveclaw tried to speak but couldn't, so he just followed the cats.
"I guess we could go hunting." He sighed. No extra food for me!![/i]

Sunny didn't understand what was happening. He didn't hear a word, or for that matter, see another cat join their group. He was oblivious to everything but sights he'd never seen before. He was fascinated with trees growing this way and that. He looked at his paws and saw grass. His two-legs didn't have grass in their yard nor did any of the nests around his nest. He was completely inundated with his new discovery. Sunny looked up to share this with his new friend when he relized Olive was walking away from him. Not knowing what to do-- or what was happening, Sunny followed.
"So, where are we goin'? I can't wait to show ya my spectacular skills at fightin and a huntin!" Sunny spoke with obvious enthusiam as he began to create extemporaneous stories. He hoped they seemed relistic for these cats so he could impress them but he exaggerated them way too far. He smiled sweetly when he was done talking, hoping that if his story didn't pass for being close to reality, his smile might get him there. Of course, Sunny had never actually hunted, but he'd had dreams of it. He couldn't really hunt because his run, was a normal cat's walk, so hunting just wasn't his thing, and as for fighting, well that didn't work too well either. He kept walking with olive and the other, he just noticed

[glow=red,2,300]Oliveclaw[/glow]
Let the river run red....
Oliveclaw pushed on through the long spikie grass toward the Tribe's hunting grounds. All the time he thought of what could have been if he'd brought Sunny back to his Tribe. He would have been honored and loved by the apprentices because they got to be a fighter or a hunter. Now that chance would never come again! Mousefoot had to spoil everything that had to do with killing! She would make the pleasure of watching the sacrifice of a clan cat horrible and uncomfortable by curling up in her den and screaming into her fur. Maybe it was because she was once a clan cat like himself, or maybe because she was weak. Probably the last one, for he took pleasure in the way blood soaked his paws and the scream of pain of a cat dying and he was once a clan cat.
"Come on miss party pooper and Sunny!" Oliveclaw yelled behind him and sighed silently. Why couldn't Mousefoot just go along with it? Didn't she want to live? Didn't she? If Python found out about this then he'd sacrifice THEM. Then nobody would live and he'd never get glory! He won't even get revenge on Amberstar and never become leader! Just thinking about this made Oliveclaw grumpy. "Hurry up Mousefoot!" He hissed loudly and pushed the smirking she-cat along like he was guarding her. If she was going to ruin his glory he wasn't going to let her go anywhere.
[shadow=red,left,300]Mousefoot[/shadow]
Adventure is out there! You just have to look!
Mousefoot padded by Oliveclaw smirking evilly. It was so fun to torture him, especially when he was trying to get glory from Python. But that wasn't the reason she had stopped the younger tom from taking Sunny to his death. She did not like to kill, sure she loved to show off her skills and surprise the clan cats by her mysterious side but when she saw a cat in pain she felt terrible. So terrible she wanted to slaughter Python and lead the Tribe out of the forest and lead a warrior code life. It just wasn't right to kill anyone, not even when they had wronged you.
The skinny she-cat thought back to her past in Thunderclan. How stupid she was to kill that kit, she was a terrible apprentice back then! She hadn't cared about anyone but herself then, she was too hot headed and rude. If only she had known how to act, but hey! Her mother was too busy with her OTHER thousands of kits to care about Mousefoot. But still, Mousefoot had had Brackenstorm for a few moons and could've been strong. "Never mind about that..." She said to herself. "Hey Sunny.. I smell a vole over there, and you say you're good at hunting, why don't you catch it and me and Oliveclaw will find some more. Then we can all like.. talk!" She smiled at Sunny and thought at how cute he was for a kittypet....

Sunny didn't smell any vole when this she-cat had said she smelled one, but he decided he should go for it though. He didn't actually know how to hunt and the thoght horrified him but he really wanted to impress these cats, especially the female one whose name he did not know since he was careless and rarely paid any attention to important stuff like that. He strode over to where she had pointed and turned around. "yahh, let's hunt! I'll be able to show off my skills and get extra food for you guys." he winked at Mousefoot and walked into the bushes nosily, scaring away any prey with his thundering steps. His nose wasn't used to these forest smells and they made his nose tingle. He sneezed as he kept walking. He hoped the other cats weren't watching or following to see this embaressing act. He didn't know what he'd do when he couldn't find any food. Should he go to his twoleg nest and get some food fir them all, that would be easier but his legs coudnt handle walking that short distance again. He sighed and decided he should begin to make up his excuse story. He didn't know whether yo start it out by saying that the vole had been bigger than a twoleg nest or to say it had been bigger that a monster. Sunny didn't exactly know what a "vole" was so he guessed it must be pretty big. He obviously guessed that a vole was much bigger than in reality, but how was he supposed to know? Suddenly, a black cat sprang onto his back with force. He didn't know what to do. His short, stubby legs gave out and his belly fat rippled as he fell. The mysterious black cat bite the nape if his neck playfully. Sunny screamed but put up no fight since he knew he would lose. A real wild cat had attacked him, what was he supposed to do? He screamed for Oliveclaw and the other cat as he lay there, panicking. His mind went blank as he lay there yet he was still conscious. Fang felt like he'd done enough damage so he crawled off Sunny. He was amused by the older cats panicky tone. He couldn't wait to get back to the tribe to tell everyone else about this.

[glow=red,2,300]Oliveclaw[/glow]
let the river run red...
Oliveclaw rolled his eyes as Sunny hobbled toward the scent of vole. This fat cat could barely walk! How could he even catch a tiny vole? Oliveclaw pretended to go hunting but really kept one eye on the kittypet while the other cat hunted. He's such a idoit, such a fool to think we the tribe cats would actually believe he would beable to catch a vole! The tom thought to himself with a snear. He's so clumsy, a kit could knock him over with a single touch of a paw! Oliveclaw laughed at his joke and fell over uncontrolably. He looked at Mousefoot who was looking angrly at him. "What?" He asked with a chuckle as she growled at him. "You don't even know what I'm laughing about!" She growled again but Oliveclaw changed the subject.
"Why don't you teach him how to hunt?" Oliveclaw asked Mousefoot with a smirk. "So he won't make a fool of himself. He'd listen to you only I think, since he seems to have a little thing for you!" Mousefoot looked flattered. "He likes me?!" She asked with surprise and looked like she was dreaming. Oliveclaw hissed and walked away, Mousefoot was being a idoit. Why did SHE have a thing for Sunny? Many toms in the tribe that were actually good looking seemed interested in her but she showed no sign she was into them. What did she find in Sunny? Shrugging his shoulders he turned back to see Sunny pinned to the ground by Fang, a fighter at night in their tribe. Oliveclaw growled angrly at the sight. Fang had beat him to the prize and now that stuck up tom would get the glory.
Oliveclaw pushed past the inlove freak and stomped over to Fang and Sunny. "Get off of him Fang!" Oliveclaw hissed. "I found him first!" He pushed the black tom off of Sunny and pulled the helpless kittypet toward him. "Now run along buzzard face and we'll be on our way!" Oliveclaw snorted and trotted away with Sunny clamped in his jaws. Normally if this cat was a hunter for the tribe like he was Oliveclaw wouldn't be so rude but this was a fighter. Fighters were normally jerks to hunters because they got to kill more clan cats than the hunters did, and everyone knew killing clan cats was a big honor.
Suddenly a flash of brown swept past Oliveclaw and before he knew it Mousefoot was staring at him with furious pale green eyes saying the words: 'I hate you'. Oliveclaw glared back and dropped the body of Sunny at her feet. "Here.. take your boyfriend! I'm going back to camp.. oh and watch out for badger-face over there!" The young tom pointed at Fang and hurried off, pushing past Mousefoot who looked at the ground where Sunny lay with sad green eyes. "Hey Sunny?" She mewed softly. "Are you ok? Can you here me?" Oliveclaw padded away and started to think of what would happen if he left Fang alone with Mousefoot. Would Fang kill Mousefoot and bring home Sunny as a trophy? No.. Fang wouldn't do that.. but if Mousefoot resisted him taking Sunny to his death then maybe he would..
Before he could do anything else Oliveclaw rushed back and hide behind a bush to see if Fang would try to, if the fighter tom did, the ginger tom would be ready..

Fang smirked as Oliveclaw carried away Sunny's body. The fat old Tom could have done nothing. Fang saw the emotion in Mousefoot's eyes and recoginized the fatal sympathy she showed for this fat kittypet. "Once a clan, always a clan cat. You should have killed this fat tresspasser! Ohh, just wait until Phython hears about this! He'll have you two ripped to shreds and fed to the crows along with your little friend!" fang mocked. "You clan cats couldn't hurt a fly! Why don't you just get lost and become a kittypet! The tribe doesn't need weaklings. We already have enough!" fang said this and walked off, intending to tell the tribe leader. He couldn't wait to watch those fools bleed to death, it would be so amusing. A smile played on his face at the thought and he began to run faster towards their camp. Killing them now wouldn't be as good as to see the frightened faces as they met their death in front of the whole tribe.
Sunny's mind regained itself and he snapped back onto reality. His features etched in concern, he relized Oliveclaw had never left, maybe he wasn't so bad afterall. With Mousefoot by his side, he was content. There was a few things he didn't understand though. "What was he talking about-- some killing nonsense. What's a tribe? Where do you guys really live? How do you live? Who was he?" Sunny asked these questions and looked questionally at Mousefoot. He sighed and stood up on wobbly legs, looking deep into her beautiful eyes. Maybe he really did have strong feelings for her...

[glow=red,2,300]Oliveclaw[/glow] Let the river run red.OOC: Fang is about to die from Oliveclaw's blow. And yes.. I did talk to Sunny about this IC: Oliveclaw stared at Fang with disbelief. How could that tom even believe that he was still a clan cat at heart? He was in a tribe that killed clan cats! He had joined this STUPID tribe to kill his father for never showing him love as a kit. If he wasn't seeking revenge he wouldn't be loyal to any kind of clan thing or even something called a tribe. Oliveclaw hissed to himself and started to pad away. He would love to leave his mark on this pathetic idoit but his leader would be mad. But then again, this was not Windclan... nor any other clan that would give great punishment of someone murdering another.. it was a blood drinking and killing tribe. They were used to death, Oliveclaw could just tell the leader that Fang was simply cursing MeWmers and that was why he had killed the cat.
The ginger tom smiled at his plan and stared back at Fang, his sense of what was right began to disappear. He walked toward Fang with a fake purr rumbling in his chest as he neared the horrid dirtbag. "Now.. now.. I'm sure we can work this out.... Fang..." He looked up at the black fighter with pleading baby green eyes and felt the blood pulsing through his veins. In a few moments Fangs blood would flow through his mouth and pour in his. "Come here so I can explain the trade with you.." Oliveclaw smiled evilly and launched himself at Fang toppling the cat over. "You think you're so cool because your a STUPID fighter?! Well I have news for you badger face! This weakling was the best warrior back in Windclan and could kill two warriors in a blink of an eye!" Oliveclaw leaped again on the fallen warrior and sank his teeth into the fighter's neck. "Say goodbye my friend.... oh and.. just to tell you.. your little god MeWmer's never exsisted!" The ginger let go of the cat's neck and let the blood rush to his paws. He heard Mousefoot scream and cover Sunny's eyes but that was ok for Fang was dead, and he had finally tasted REAL blood.

Just before Fang died, he knew his dead sister had kept her word. She had gotten revenge on Fang, just not in the way he'd expected. His dying eyes looked into those of Oliveclaw's. He regretted ever jointing this so called tribe. His legs felt numb, soon, he couldn't feel them at all. His sense of "being there" wasn't there anymore. He couldn't feel any pain, just sorrow and expectancy of what would await him now, from all those whom he'd killed. He had always hoped this day would never come. His eyes closed. A tear trickled out onto his fur through his closed eyes. His own blood soaked in his black fur, turning it a rusty red. His pelt shuddered and his last lungfull of air was breathed out in a heavy sigh. His body went limp and he simply died.
Sunny couldn't believe what was happening, he thought everyone lived forever. He had a sudden dislike for Oliveclaw. Sunny didn't understand Oliveclaw had just saved their life. He broke away from Mousefoot and hobbled over to Oliveclaw. Sunny mustered up his strength and swatted Oliveclaw harshly behind his ear. Then Sunny walked away, hoping Mousefoot would follow. He just couldn't flat out believe what had happened.

[glow=red,2,300]Oliveclaw[/glow]
Let the blood run red
Oliveclaw looked at Sunny in shock as he felt his ear throb. So this fat idoitic kittypet has a little courage! He thought to himself as he watched Sunny walk away with Mousefoot calling pitifully after him. But he has no brains... no brains.. I could kill him if I wanted to, I just killed a trained fighter with ease. He could have joined that jerk. Oliveclaw snorted and followed Sunny. He'd have to appologize to this cat, whether he liked it or not. He had barely any friends anyway, if he insulted or ignored Sunny Mousefoot would never even look at him anymore. Even a killing mechine needed a friend!
The ginger tom bounded after the two older cats. He glanced at Mousefoot who glared at him and hissed. Oliveclaw ignored her and padded beside Sunny and tried to met his eye. "Look Sunny.." He began sheepishly. "I know what you say back there.. it might have looked like a like to kill.. but I don't.." So you lie now Oliveclaw?! He hissed in his head. "I.. I.. I won't have killed him if.. he hadn't wanted to kill us all. I was saving your life. It is.. well.. the tradition of our tribe." Please don't ask about the tribe! He prayed silently. "We must bring every cat outside the the tribe to camp to be killed, if we don't we will be killed. Fang say you and us hunting... he knew we did not bring you to your death.. he would've killed us all!" He sighed and looked at Sunny. "Look... you got to believe me..." Mousefoot nodded at Oliveclaw like she understood him. Oliveclaw smiled weakly at her, the first smile that wasn't brought on by death or blood.
sorry this is short but I'm a school and going to new class..

OCC: mine are usually always short unless I have particularly more muse than usual, so it's fine if yours are short.
Sunny couldn't believe what this cat was telling him. Did Oliveclaw really mean he was a wild cat? Was Sunny really supposed to believe that?! Sunny chuckled inwardly and looked back at this evil killing cat. This cat killed with such ease, he had to kill often. Sunny frowned and stopped walking, turning to face this murderer. Sunny frowned at Oliveclaw and puffed out his chest. "Go away! Who needs you?! Just leave Mousefoot and I alone!" Sunny walked away from Oliveclaw once more.
Sunny hobbled away towards his twoleg nest. Not looking back, Sunny continued all the way back to the nest. He scrunched up his hind legs and was about to jump when he saw blood on his paws. It must have been Fang's. Sunny shivered in disgust and wiped his paws gingerly on the grass. Then, still oblivious to whether or not Mousefoot had followed him, he attempted to jump onto the small fence once more.

Oliveclaw watched Sunny walk away toward his house. "Badger dung.." He muttered as he glared at the tom. "Who needs a jerk like you! A jerk that doesn't say thank you when a friend saves your life!" The big tom fumed and started to pad away when Mousefoot stopped him with her fluffy tail. "where are you going?" The skinny she-cat asked. "You can't just let him walk away!" She stared at him with her big beautiful pale green eyes. Oliveclaw curled his lip with disgust. "Why Mousefoot??" He snarled, biting at her tail. The she-cat glared at him and began licking her bleeding tail. Oliveclaw glared back at her, never blinking. "Because... Sunny is.. I mean.. Was your friend... your only friend! And if you want to keep it that way you have to follow him!" Oliveclaw ignored the she-cat and padded away. He heard her snort in disgust and walk away to join Sunny. Who needed friends anyway? He had lasted 17 moons without friends! Who said he couldn't do it for the rest of his life?
[shadow=red,left,300]Mousefoot[/shadow]
Adventure is out there.. you just have to look!
Mousefoot watched Oliveclaw walk away, cold hatred bubbled in her heart. How could Oliveclaw just live without a friend? Sunny was just ticked and in shock that his new friend, that was suppose to be a kittypet but turned out to be a tribe cat, had actually killed another feline. Maybe with a little pursausine from her, Sunny would turn around and forgive Oliveclaw. Didn't the stupid ginger tom know that they had a special relationship? She could help him get friends if he would just trust her! Mousefoot rolled her eyes and flicked her tail at Sunny's nose. "Oliveclaw..." She sighed, the tom was going to owe her big time! "He is... not.. a.. murderer. He.. was saving our lives!"
She looked at Sunny with sadness. She hated lying, but... Oliveclaw had no joy in his life anyway. He just needed one friend, besides her. "Please... he is a great friend... just trust me!" She looked into the cute kittypet's eyes. "Please.. just trust me!

Sunny was still confused, he just didn't understand what was happening apart from the fact the a mysterious cat had just died right before his eyes and this cat in front of him, Olive, was the murderer. Sunny snarled at Olive, despite what Mousefoot was saying to him. Finally, Sunny gave up and sat down on his haunches, skin and fur spilling over his hind leg bones, his stomach bulging out between his front paws and his head staring straight ahead. He sighed and looked lovingly at the comely cat next to him. He smiled before he began. "who in the entire place are you guys. You claim you live in the house across the street from me, which has been empty now for quite some time now, and you..." Sunny nodded his head accusingly in the direction of Olive. "...Just killed an innocent cat. Olive, you didn't save us, you probably enjoyed killing him!! Come on mousefoot, let's go to my home. It's much nicer there than here." Sunny said the latter in s much softer, more gentle tone. He glared at Olive. "Who are you really?" though Sunny wasn't physically strong, he could wwin a staredown anytime. He just had a string personality sometimes and often got what he wanted if he really, really wanted it. Sunny didn't budge and he wouldn't until he got an answer.
